Bio

Charlotte is a Project Research Officer for the NIHR HRC-DDR, providing support to industry, academic and clinical researchers to develop and evaluate innovative health technologies. This includes supporting the submission of high-quality grant applications, project management, and the set-up and delivery of health technology research studies.

Charlotte achieved Chartered Manager status in 2022 following an apprenticeship programme delivered by Solihull College & University and qualified with a BA (Hons) in Business and Management Practice in partnership with Oxford Brookes University. After working in NHS Administration and Operations since 2009, Charlotte joined the Digital Transformation Team as Support Manager at QEHB in 2022.

Charlotte supported on several projects aligned with transforming the model of health and care using technology, to be more integrated, preventative and organised around people. This involved leading on training delivery for the deployment of eTriage, a digital triage solution designed to significantly reduce emergency department wait times and improve patient experience and outcomes. She gained valuable experience in project management including compliance, engagement, delivery and benefits realisation.
